If you had a technical issue while confirming your booking, your screen froze or your confirmation page didn’t load, please do not make a new booking and follow the steps below:
First of all, we recommend you to check your email inbox and junk folders to see if you have received any notification from us. Bear in mind that the confirmation email can be sent immediately but could also take some hours to reach your inbox, depending on the type of service you have booked.
It is recommended as well to check whether your credit card has been charged by us or the airline.
