It may be possible to get a refund on unused coupons in the following scenarios:
Involuntary cancellation: The airline cancels your flight and does not offer alternative transportation. We will handle the full refund of the ticket with the airline, please note our original service fee of ticket issuance is non-refundable
Voluntary cancellation: You cancel a ticket that's fully or partially refundable. Please bear in mind that budget tickets are generally 100% non-refundable.
How do I get a refund?
All refunds must be authorized by the airline. As travel agents, we forward your refund request to the airline who will accept or deny it depending on the fare rules applicable to your ticket. The refundable amount will be posted on the original form of payment.
How long will it take?
If your ticket is totally or partially refundable, we will refer your request to the airline for refund authorization. If that is the case, it could take up to 6 weeks to receive authorization back from the carrier to process a refund but it is generally processed in 2-3 weeks. If your refund request follows a special circumstance such as a hospitalization, the process may take longer as further documentation and verification are needed.
How much will I receive?
Many airlines apply a penalty on the refundable amount, which will depend on your ticket fare or the moment you request the cancellation.
Our administration fee for handling a refund request is $55 per ticket, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded by the airline. If your refund request is due to an involuntary cancellation or a schedule change made by the airline, no administration fees will be applied.
Please note that our original service fees included in the ticket price are non-refundable under any circumstances
if you purchased the Gold or Standard Cancellation protection, please see the “Cancellation Protection” section.
