We will always assign seats unless you purchased a restricted ticket (basic economy) or the airline has blocked seating, which is common on many flights.
If you have requested a special seat assignment, we will add this to your record and send a message to the airline via our internal reservation system. The airline then assigns seats according to your request. Once your ticket has been issued you can also visit the airline website and modify your seat assignment using your last name and airlines record locator.

If you are booking a return ticket for your recruit, we will automatically try to seat them next to you as well as send a message to the airline requesting an upgrade if available.
